The draft 2025-2028 Texoma Strategic Plan is posted below.  The Public Comment period for this plan closed March 7, 2025.

The draft plan below will be submitted to the Workforce Solutions Texoma Board on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.  When the Workforce Solutions Texoma Board approves the draft plan, the plan will then be submitted to the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Texas State Workforce Investment Board (TWIC), and the State of Texas Governor for review, comment and approval.  The final Plan will be published on this website when final approval is received from the Governor’s Office.
