Be aware that the Child Care Services program is transitioning to a statewide application process called Texas Child Care Connection (TX3C) from June 14-30, 2024.  Because of this, Workforce Solutions Texoma child care applications are no longer available and will be replaced with the statewide applications once the new system is online.   The new statewide online applications for child care will be available on this website on July 1, 2024. 

Parents currently receiving Child Care Services whose care is scheduled to recertify during the timeframe noted above will have their recertification dates extended until after this temporary adjustment. Child Care Services will be reaching out to parents on these date extensions.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  

The new system will feature the following:

• A new statewide application for families
• An easy-to-use interface that works with mobile devices
• A common user experience for all Texans
